I edited an old Engage accordion presentation, but the prev/next buttons are invisible (both in Preview (desktop preview only, the other device previews all show the prev/next buttons) and after published).
In Interaction Properties, I have Interactive Playback mode selected, and definitely have the "Show previous/next" box checked.
The weird thing is that the buttons are invisible but they are actually there in the correct location, because you can hover over that area with the mouse, and click and it works, it is just that they are not actually visible!

I'm unable to recreate the missing prev/next buttons in a test Engage 360 (Build 4.24.20480.0) file, so I'll need your help:
What version of Engage are you using? You can find this detail by clicking on the Help tab, then About Engage.
Is this happening with new interactions or just this particular accordion one?
Would you mind sharing the affected .intr file with me? It'll help me get a clear picture of what's happening, and I'll delete it after troubleshooting. If that works for you, you can share it privately with me here.

The Engage version is 4.24.20430.0.
This is the first time I'm using Engage, so I have no other interactions to compare with.
I'll share the file with you privately.
Katie, update: I just upgraded Engage to the latest version (4.24.20480.0), but the problem is still there...
