I have created a training with videos in interactions and it plays perfectly when I preview it. When I publish it and view it as a user, the training runs smoothly until it gets to the video in the interaction and then the screen is blank. I am not given any kind of error message. Is there any problem with Articulate playing a swf file?
Articulate Studio '13 supports both interactive and non-interactive Flash movies. For the best results, use these guidelines when developing Flash files.
