I have today updated Studio 13 after seeing that some updates were available for it. These were downloaded and installed.
I have a problem when a load up Powerpoint and I immediately get an 'Unexpected Error, Quitting' boxcome up. Powerpoint will start but it won't allow me to do anything like load up my presentation. I eventually get a second box come up.
I'm sorry to hear about the odd behavior you experienced going through the update, and I'd look at going through the repair steps outlined here in case something occurred during the installation process of the update.
If you're still unable to open Powerpoint after the repair, please let us know and it may be easiest to continue troubleshooting this with our Support engineers so that we can take a deeper look at your system set up.
