Hi In a tab interaction, I need to create an internet hyperlink which activates when the user clicks on the picture they can see next to the text that comes up after having clicked on a tab. How to I attach the hyperlink to the picture that comes up next to the text when they click on a tab?

Engage doesn't currently allow you to add a hyperlink to a picture. You might want to submit a feature request for that:
