I have a client who wants to put a lot of text in one of the marker text boxes on a labeled graphic interaction--but she doesn't want it to scroll. Is there a way to adjust the size of the text box to make it wider so that the scroll bar doesn't appear?

It's not currently possible to increase the size of the box to prevent a scroll bar. I apologize for the inconvenience.
