Screencast Tool

Hi All,

I am creating an e-learning project that centers around training users how to navigate a website.

I want to use a screen cast or screen recording tool (but don't have access to Captivate!) I'm hoping the awesome folks here can help point me towards a suggestion for something that I can use instead.

I do have a budget, but free is preferred. Can you all help me?

I just need the capabilities to show navigation around the site, point and click here, then click here, etc...

It would be ideal if I were able to add pop-ups, and highlights like captivate allows, but I won't be picking if I'm not paying.
