Whenever I have an engage interaction, the SEEK BAR & the PLAY button remain inactive in the INTRODUCTION interaction (where we normally have ONLY VOICE selected). Then when clicking on the next interaction, it becomes active. Does anybody know if this is a configuration issue?
I'm not aware of a particular issue based on the description that you are providing, but I do know that there was some erratic behavior in interactions prior to Studio '13 Update 2.
Are you using Studio '13? Do you have the latest update?
If you are running the latest update and/or this doesn't assist, we would need to take a look at what may be going on. You can submit your .intr file here for review.
