I wanted to find out what the process is in the following situation.
We have a serial number of Studio 09. The user of this serial number has left the company and so now we need to install Articulate Studio on a new machine. We also want to upgrade to Studio 13.
Can anyone please tell me what the process is with regard to purchasing andĀ installing anĀ upgrade please?
