Can I assume that superscript characters cannot be used in the title or interaction title of an Engage interaction? I tried using ASCII code to instert my registered trademark symbol and it does not seem to work. It's working perfectly in the body of my interaction but not in the titles. Huge step in the right direction though so I'm happy about that.

I haven't tested these fonts but you could try using a font that is a super or subscript font. Here's one place that has these:
