Timeline Interaction Not Showing Volume Control

I am using timeline interaction in my course. I have enabled volume control in the interaction. But when I publish the same it does not show the volume controls.

Any ideas how this can be corrected?

Any help will be appreciated.

If the volume control icon isn't showing up, I'd recommend submitting a case to our support team. They'll be happy to help you resolve the issue. Thanks!
