Timeline - length

Hi All,
I have one engage file with audio which length is 7 seconds and when I import this to Presenter and publish, then timeline shows total length is 12 seconds.but I want it to show only 7 seconds in timeline.
Any solution to show only the actual seconds in timeline?
And also I tried "Interaction Property" in engage but in PlayBack Mode I am not able to select last option which is "Presentation - interaction advances by itself" - if I select this option I get an error, please refer attached screen shot.
Thanks
Kaps

Hi Kaps!
Would you like to send us your files so we can take a closer look at what's gong on? Please create an Articulate Presenter package, then upload the zip file to our server. You can review how to do this here:
Send to Articulate Presenter Package – Articulate Presenter ’09 Help
Upload the resulting zip file from your computer to our server using this upload form:
Articulate Support - Upload Your Files for Review
Please be sure to include a description of your issue, your version of PowerPoint, version of Windows and version of Presenter '09, which you can find in Help and Support -> About Articulate Presenter. Please also include the URL for this thread so I can follow up with you personally in the forums. And feel free to come back and leave your case number here so I can keep a close eye on it. Thanks!
hello
was there a resolution on this issue? I am having the same problem. My mp4 is only 1.22 min long, however the slide always stays up for 1.37.
I do have the movie synched with the slide and it plays in the slide itself
thank you
Hi Yuna!
You can try the methods described in this article to reduce the length of your slide, otherwise we'd be happy to have you send us the files so we can check it out on our end. First, create an Articulate Presenter Package of your presentation as described here. Then upload the resulting zip file from your computer on the second page of this form, and we''ll attempt to diagnose what's happening when we receive your upload. Thanks!
