Trial Installed on 2/9/13 Showing Expired

Hello, I installed Articulate Studio 09 Trial on 2/9/13 and when I open it, it shows Expired. Can someone help me with this I would like to try these products?

Have you already installed it once on that machine? You can only instal the trial once.
Is your system date wrong?
If no to both contact support and they can flush the registry I believe
