I dont believe there are any limitations on the trial version. that aside though, articulate is not recommended to use on network drives, all content being worked on should be stored on local drives
Thanks for the reply, the intention would be to use an LMS system so that leaners can access the content, however until we have that system in place, the idea was to store to a drive as a workaround.
Do you have any suggestions on the best way to publish to learners in the meantime?
publishing then storing and viewing from a network drive should not be a problem, I would publish to cd and then use the exe file to open the presentation, because of flash security issues
The main issue is editing and saving source files, it is best to work on files that are locally stored on your machine and publish to your machine, then move the files
I have a trial version installed on my client's system and a licensed verion on my system. If I record simulations in trial version can I use them using my licenced version without any issues?
You are free to publish content with the trial version. It will no longer be tied to the software, so once your trial lapses, the content will still remain where uploaded.

I assume if I publish locally and then move files then this would affect any hyperlinks I have included from one interaction to another?
are you publishing each interation seperately? or building them into one project?
if you use abosulute links (i.e. the final location) it shouldnt affect it

Hi Phil,

There is no reason why this wouldn't work, the trial version is a fully functioning version.
Hi,
I do not see the option in publish settings to include master layouts in quizzes and interactivity.
Please guide.
Hi Deepak! Looks like I answered a similar question here.
