Uploaded sound bytes not playing on my website. Any ideas why?

Nov 21, 2013

I have completed a Glossary in Engage 13' and uploaded published files to my website www.navelearning.co.za

Linked to GLOSSARY menu item.

However, my mp3 sound bytes not playing in either IE or Chrome. The mp4 video - see term anneal - does play.

Is the problem an mp3, mp4 issue or something else.

Related to this:

Uploaded quiz created in Quizmaker 13'  and linked it to Mid year exam menu item. Hear too sound bytes dont play. Another problem (only in Chrome though) is that my digital clock does not launch automatically as when I'm using Internet Explorer)

Any ideas?

Please help.

Hi Alphonso,

Thanks for sharing the link to your course - I went and tested it in Chrome, and I was able to hear the first sound byte, and play the sound and video on the term "anneal"

I also tested the Mid year exam, and I heard sound, and the clock launched automatically in Chrome.

You may also want to check what Flash version you're using, I'm using Flash 11.9.900
