I am wanting to create some interactive training material and place it in my blog post. I have created my first engage interaction and have published to the web. This spits out a flash file which the blog I have does not take. Can anyone walk me through the ftp option is Also, I keep hearing of an embed plugin for wordpress to embed it in my blog, but my site was created with wordpress. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Welcome to Heroes! Here is the link to the Wordpress plugin. Keep in mind that the plugin is not supported by Articulate in any way.
There are also a few iframe plugins out there that should work for you as well.
