I noticed this when using html5 interactions for Engage 2013 content. When loading the next slide or going back to a previous slide the loading spinner will remain in place and essentially freeze up the presentation.
When using Firebug Net panel to isolate what files were causing the hiccup it appears user.js and interaction.js wouldn't finish loading.
Has anyone seen this type of behavior before? I'm hoping there's a fix.
I've attached an example here. Thanks for your help! It seems to work just find in Chrome using the html5 content just my version of Firefox seems to have this issue. Whenever I go beyond one click the loading problem occurs.
If you would like to see it in action it can be accessed at xxxxxxxx
In case it matters, I'm using Firefox 35.0.1 on Fedora Core 19(Linux).
The flash player version in Firefox 35 does work fine. It's just the html5 content which I'm trying to get working. This means when the flash player is disabled for whatever reason, for example Adobe is no longer supporting Linux Firefox versions going forward so those types of users won't want to use the old plugin any longer.
Oddly enough the html5 content (interaction_html5.html) works just fine in IE, Chrome and Safari. The html5 content only seems to be a problem in Firefox.

Hi Tom!
Would you be able to share your .intr file for us to take a look?

Hi Tom!
I apologize for the delay, I had to update my Firefox :)
I do not have any issue publishing and accessing your course in Firefox.

Please be sure that your Flash Player is up-to-date as well.

I can publish the Engage content just fine. The resulting html5 slides are where the problem kicks in. I have tried your published content at http://s3.amazonaws.com/tempshare-stage.studio.articulate.com/inp19ehakn44ipmdpr1sga4fbdsg4/interaction.html as well and in both Windows and Linux Firefox 35.0.1 it has this problem.
I made a screencast of the issue to make it clearer which is accessible here: http://youtu.be/50N7A1q6a9g

Any ideas?

Hi Tom!
This is something that is documented as a limitation of the browser.
Thanks Leslie! Looks like Chrome is the best way to go for the html5 content. :)
Glad to help Tom, sorry it wasn't the answer that you were looking for.
