I'm really struggling to figure out what sort of license I need...
I'm creating courses in Articulate Engage & quizmaker 13 - and I will need to publish them for LMS delivery and CD (distributed on a USB stick).
I have the correct desktop license on my pc, so I can use them to create the course, but will i need to buy another license for publishing? (for example server license, web license etc?)
thank you. Do you know how it works if I'm publishing to a CD / USB? I have courses that won't be running in LMS.
We have an external website, where the courses will be hosted, and I need to know which licenses to buy. They don't know, they advised to contact the software manufacturer to find out.
I understand how to publish the course, that's not an issue (I'm using Engage, not Storyline).
But if I publish the course to a CD, what font license will I need before I distribute it to other users please? (I'm using fonts that are not the standard ones, that come free with windows etc...)
As long as you have the font installed in Windows, you should be free to use it. Our recommendation is to install even purchased fonts in Windows so that you can utilize custom fonts in your Articulate Software.

Hi Suzy!
If you are utilizing an LMS, the hosting (which is what I assume you are asking about) should be a part of that.
You may need to follow up with your LMS team to understand this better.

When publishing to CD, they are not hosted. They will be published locally and then loaded as needed. Check out our tutorial here.
Your web hosting requirements are outside of the realm of our software, so I'm not sure about your licensing questions.
Perhaps someone in the community will be able to better assist.

To further clarify, your users will not need to have the same fonts installed to view them in your published course if that is your concern.
