I am trying to create a video glossary and succeeded previously but this time the videos are not consistent. I have published them using the video encoder and they usually work but sometimes they are starting part way through - not every time and not every clip. Help!!
I apologize for the issues that you're having. Are you working off of a network or Flash drive? If so, I recommend moving your files to your local hard drive and then publish the interaction to your local hard drive as well.
If that doesn't resolve the issue, would you mind submitting a support case so that we can take a closer look at the issue?
You should be able to right click the interaction file & choose Send To > Compressed Zip Folder. If you run into any problems, check out the link below:

I remembered the bit about working on the local drive and tried that but it didn't help. What exactly do I need to put into the ZIP file?
You may have gathered that I am not the most literate person on the forum!
