Words to disappear when clicked?

I have been given a task but i just can't fathem out how to do it!  I have a list with tick boxes next to it and when you click in the tick box they want this text to disappear so they can print out the remaining text or vice versa print the ticked text. Can the quiz in engage do this?

Any help on this would be much appreciated!
