Zoom Option in Glossary Section Articulate Presenter '13

Hi all,

This is the problem we seem to be having in Articulate Presenter ’13:

In our glossary we have a zoom option with one of the pictures. If this zoom button is selected, and then the red X is selected to exit out of the glossary, the user is unable to re-enter the glossary. If they attempt to do so, the glossary window shows up but without any information on it.

Any thought or ideas?

I do believe that I have re-created what you are describing.

I need to get this to our QA Team, but I would like your example as well.
