Animated Graphics

Does anyone know any good resources to input professional looking animated graphocs?  In a course i'm designing i want the user to 'enter' the main bit of the course by seeing a big double door or country manor-style gates to open but i haven't managed to find anything that's suitable.

On a similar line i'm also looking for animated floor plans that i can use in an emergency evacuation online course, that will highlight specifc floors or areas within a building that need to evacuate.

Any ideas?
