Continuous Calls for Assets

I have an Articulate Presenter course that I've moved to a CDN. As I haven't been able to find a solid solution on how to effectively secure the presentation as a whole, I've decided to issue HTTP 301 redirects anytime an asset is requested by the playershell.swf file. 

This seems to have caused a new issue (perhaps having something to do with preloading?). Now when playershell.swf is loaded, it calls assets on the order of hundreds of times. I see this in my proxy/browser logs. This could be a huge issue for me, so I'm hoping someone with the tech savvy can point me in the right direction.
