Engage not loading from the nav

Hi everyone. A tricky one for you.

I have a presenter course with several engage elements, and I am using the wordpress uploader premium version.

When I ftp the course to the webserver, all is well, everything works.  When I use the upload button (and the content is placed in the articulate upload folder, when the course runs the engage interactions are not loaded. Looking at the inspect network request shows that the following file is not found:

http://thequadonline.com/wp-content/uploads/articulate_uploads/BusReport/data/swf/engage_259/engage.swf?vEmbedded=true

however, hitting that file directly without the parameter does find the file.

So, very interested if anyone has any ideas that can help?
