Instructional Designer

We have a potential full-time job in the Birmingham, AL area for a creative instructional designer in a corporate training environment.  Are you skilled in softwares such as Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, Flash, Prezi, etc.?  Do you bring a lot of creativity and entertaining instructional design to the table?  I'm not looking for somebody who can just take me through the ADDIE module and produce a lifeless presentation.  Familiar with LMS systems?  Good at videography/editing?  Gaming Design?  I'd like to talk to you and see samples of your work.  Thank you for your interest!
