Links not working in published course on LMS

Hello,

Using Studio 09, I built a simple Articulate that contains (a) a link to a recorded ADOBE CONNECT movie, and (b) a linkn to a SURVEY MONKEY survey on the next page following instructions that I got on this site.

After posting this course to the Cornerstone LMS we have here, if I test the published/posted course from my old Windows XP laptop, running IE 8, the course plays and both links work normally, including the movie. BUT if I switch over to my new Windows 7 machine, running IE 9, the links do not work at all. The course plays, but the links are dead.

I made sure that the popup blocker was not enabled on the Windows 7 machine, but nothing works.

Has anyone else out there encountered inconsistencies of this kind in playback of linked videos, and/or surveys. Our LMS is CORNERSTONE. If you can help it would be wonderful... thanks...
