Player malfunction after upload

Hi there,

Yesterday, via my vendor (GoDaddy) & I did a Server transfer activity. I had to transfer my resources from an Win/IIS image to a their latest Linux / Tomcat image.  I have a couple of public facing Presenter 09 presentations that have been functioning for years, first under their old linux/tomcat then I transferred them (lock/stock&barrel) to the IIS image.  After the latest server install I uploaded (FTP) the entire folder structure with all its contents to a new folder under the public_html folder (which I understand is where served up content is to be placed).  Hitting the URL shows an empty default player.  When I run the site locally off my file system - everything is proper.

Looks like something is not being found - or is being choked off by the server 

Is there some server setting I need to alter - Is there something I'm missing here?
