Pre-loading SmartBuilder or other HTML files

I recently read a post about pre-loading flash videos (swf files):

I would like to find a comparable way to pre-load Smartbuilder or other html files. (SmartBuilder is a plug-in.) My problem is that my SmartBuilder interactions load very slowly. Any ideas of how this might be possible?
