Hi Santosh,

How are you viewing the published output? You'll want to make sure you're uploading it to a web environment to properly test it and not viewing it locally. If you're uploading it and still seeing this happen, would you be able to share your .quiz file here for us to to do some testing? You can add it as an attachment right to a comment in this thread. Thanks!

Hi Santosh,

When you open an Articulate Quizmaker course from your computer, you'll encounter security restrictions from the computer, web browser, Flash Player, and network that'll cause various features of your content to fail. To properly test your published content and share it with others, make sure to upload it to the environment for which it was published.

Since you're publishing for web, you'll need to upload your published output to a web environment, such as tempshare, to properly test it, otherwise you'll likely encounter issues like what you're seeing. Hope that helps! :)

Hi Ali,

Thank you! I'll try using the environment. But, I don't understand why the same kinds of files running on the same browser on the same system, shows different responses.

Modules 1,2 and 4 work fine but Module 3 alone shows this issue. Unfortunately, I can't share the files themselves since they're confidential.

Edit: I uploaded the file to the tempshare link but it still froze on the first frame. Is there some setting or some format issue that does this? I find it strange that this is happening with just this one file.

Hi Santosh- That form allows for large file transfer so that shouldn't be the issue.  Did you receive a confirmation email with a case number for either of those?  Would you mind trying this form instead? If you're working from a company computer, I'm thinking there may be a firewall preventing it from getting to us. If that's the case, you may have to reach out to your IT for assistance past the firewall.

Hi Ali,

I've tried on Firefox, Internet Explorer and Google Chrome. On Internet Explorer, there's just a black box where the plugin is supposed to run. Chrome and Firefox free after opening the content.

I have been checking my e-mails and not have not received any confirmation e-mail. I do get this message on the browser screen though
