I'm seeking to use an image in a player background, as opposed to a colour or gradient. To be clear, the background of the slide is fine, the background image is set on the slide master and works. My question applies only to the player, where I can define colours, but not an image. For even more clarity, I've attached a sample slide in a player with glorious MSPAINT arrows.
Unfortunately, that only allows me to edit the background of the slide, whereas I'm looking to edit the player. My slides already contain a background that allows them to blend into the player and appear to have rounded corners (as seen in the above example). If it helps, I assume that any such feature will be in the player editing portion of Quizmaker '13.
I am also searching for an answer to this question. While the tutorial is informative, it answers a completely different concern than the question being asked. Is there a way to completely remove the "frame" so that the assigned background picture shows all the way to the edges on the published file?
Hi Ryan! I apologize for misunderstanding your original question. You are correct, these settings are found within the player. There is not a way to add a picture here, but you can make the base background transparent if you are wanting it to blend.
Hi Terri and welcome to E-Learning Heroes!
Here is a tutorial covering all of the information related to customizing slides/colors either through the background or the Player.
I would really like the option of adding an image to the player background. I have seen courses with this option (in the competitive software) and it broadens the whole look.

Check out this tutorial. You should be able to apply a picture fill to your background if this is what you are wanting.
