I created a survey that I uploaded to Moodle. I tried to enter the answers and see the report but to my surprise there no responses Linkert stairs. What should I do? Thank you
What type of questions were you using? Did you track them to a results slide and use that results slide as your tracking method to your LMS? Also you may want to look at testing the course in SCORM Cloud to ensure all the data is being passed and then reach out to your LMS team to see if there are specific settings you need to utilize there in regards to scoring and completion.
I created a survey using a Likert scale that I tried on scorm cloud successfully. The report Moodle contains only the first question of Linkert stairs and ignore the others.
There are compatibility issues between Moodle and the survey of QuizMaker?
I know a few users have mentioned that the Likert scale questions don't always report the data as expected, but you may want to reach out to Moodle to see if they have other ideas for how to get these details in you're report since it was accessible in SCORM Cloud.
