I have created 24 questions, 12 of which I want banked and that will appear should a participant not pass the first 12. If anyone can give me guidance on how to do this, would be much appreciated.
Unfortunately, there is no way to make sure that any questions included in the first draw are not included in the second draw, as all the questions are drawn randomly. That would be a great feature request though!
I just added a link to your other article about this that should help you create question groups in Quizmaker. If you still have trouble after looking at that article, just let me know.
On an unrelated note, I just wanted to point out that when you reply directly from your email, your signature is appended to the message. You may want to go back in and edit out any personal details that you don't want to share with the community.
