I want our employees to practice filling out a specific form. I would need to upload the picture/image of the document and would like to create text boxes or areas, supported by a word bank for employees to put the correct word in the correct section to demonstrate understanding. What would be the best way to do this?
We actually may have it available in both formats. Right now, our employees are used to filling it out by hand but we are potentially moving to a fillable PDF form. Would it be possible to let me know your thoughts on both?
For a fillable PDF, I would use Storyline's screen recording feature. All you have to do is record yourself filling out the form, and Storyline will do the heavy-lifting by creating a step-by-step interaction with text boxes and hotspots for clickable areas. Easy as that!
If you don't have a fillable PDF, then using screenshots of the form and adding data-entry fields would be the way to go. Since you mentioned a word bank, you could even create a drag and drop interaction!

Hi there Rachel, great question!
I've got some ideas for you, but can you first tell me more about the form itself?
