Hi
Can someone help, I am inserting a flash video into Quizmaker, setting it to play automatically with no controls and I get a a very thin border on the flash movie, There is no border on the flv and I can even crop the flv and still get a border.
The flv was coverted from PAL to flv via the video encoder.
I can mask out the border using shapes but this is not very elegant
Thanks
Phil

Hi Phil,
Can you attach the FLV to a reply so that I can test it?
Thanks Brian, hopefully that is attached

Hi Phil,
Unfortunately, it's not possible to remove the border from the video in Quizmaker. If you'd like to see that feature implemented into a future release, please submit a feature request to us by using the link below:

Thanks

Guys please get this fixed at higher priority.
This is creating serious issue for me. I have a corporate logo which is spherical in shape. Now when ever I put it in engage/quizmaker interaction, it will put a black square border around the logo. Thats not acceptable for our company. I have no way to put the logo in it's original shape properly.
If there is any hack or alternate solution, please suggest. It will really help.
Sorry. Please overlook the above comment.
This is not an issue. I just changed the Media Border to none in Interaction properties in engage and it worked. I haven't tried quizmaker yet...
