I need to update a presentation that I created months ago and can't find the source file. I have attached a document with details of what I see. Normally I just click the .ppta file, make my edits and re-publish. Any ideas regarding what might be going on here are appreciated. Thanks.
It sounds like you may have lost the connection between the PPTA file and the PowerPoint file. Here's an article that can help you restore the connection:
Thanks Justin I got it to work...I just moved all of the files together in one folder. I think that my directory structure was just messed up. Thanks again for your help.

Is it the Six Thinking Hats presentation? Double click the Six Thinking Hats.ppt file and that will open it in PowerPoint.

Yes, I did that and when I click on the quiz to edit it, I get the error message that it can't find the associated presentation.

Also, you could simply remove the slide placeholder for that quiz and then reinsert it and see if that resolves your issue.
