Currently I'm using a trial version on my laptop. We do have a license and I'm planning to transfer it from the desktop. I'm just making sure that all are running well on a laptop before I do the transfer.
I'm using windows 10 and I had already update Java, flash player, disable pop-up blocker.
I am using the latest version of Articulate Quizmaker 360 and your version says it was created in an earlier version. Can you look and tell me which version. Open QM and look at the Help tab > About QM and see what the version is in the box
I don't want to upgrade your file in case there is an issue with the version you are using.

Hard to say without seeing the file...can you share it and let us know which version of QM you are using.

I don't want to upgrade your file in case there is an issue with the version you are using.
I published your file to CD and could display the print output - I didn't physically print it.
I am using Windows 10. See this video of it working.
Perhaps you can take a video of how you are publishing and what happens.

Thank you for trying it out. I re-published it again but save all the files in my C: drive this time.
It works. My only concern now is that it didn't prompt me to type-in my name before printing which I already set.

I know you are just testing at the moment but will you be publishing to CD for your users or to the web or LMS?

I tried re-publishing it few more times and it finally works.
I don't know why but it just print the result and prompt me to type-in the users name.
