I am creating a course with two knowledge checks and one final assessment. When the user closes the window, before completing the course after completing one Knowledge Check, they get a certificate of completion. From what I can tell, the slide results are set correctly (see attached) and I cannot find a trigger in the slides. In looking at my Result Tools tab, I suspect that either my place of employment is blocking the ability to create these or using an edited final assessment slide set won't do what I want it to.
