Customizing label settings for different question groups

Hi all,

I need to get user's name before they start playing the quiz.

So i have inserted a survey question-short answer that prompts to enter the name. I also  set the option 'user must answer' for the require field in slide view.

Now, when the user leaves without entering the name, it prompts with the text 'You must complete the question before submitting'. At this slide alone, i would like to display the text 'Please enter your name to proceed'. How tp do this? For the rest of the questions, it must display 'You must complete the question before submitting' when they leave it unanswered.

Can any one help me doing this plz?
