Instead of using slide triggers that add 1 to score1, I would move these triggers to the Submit button. This way, score1 is only increased when the button is clicked, not every time the textentry field changes.

I noticed that it's not set up as an actual question type, so that submit interaction trigger doesn't have an interaction associated with it. Just something to keep in mind if you're looking to track this and report it to the built-in results slide.
