I have had quizzes online for 2 years, but now some are not accessible on iPad, Samsung 5 or Samsung tablet. I have tried uploading them again, but they still will not work. I have looked for new upgrades, but there are none. Any suggestions?
I have the latest update according to the software. It has been working for the past year; this is the first problem I've had. It works fine on the laptop but not on the devices mentioned. Thank you.

Hi Jane! Have there been some updates to the devices then? If the content has been published for a year, then the software would not come into play here.
Have you tried re-publishing/uploading?

The minimum system requirements for Articulate Studio '13 are listed here.
Are you utilizing the latest update, which is Studio '13, Update 5? There have been many improvements to HTML5.
