Hi Erik!
Are you able to open the quiz as a standalone? Are you able to add this quiz to a new presentation?
Can you confirm what version of Studio you are running?
Hi Leslie,
I am able to open the quiz by simply clicking the .quiz file. I cannot add this quiz to a new presentation, it gives the same errors.
We are running Articulate Studio 09.
Thank you,
Erik
Can you share the .quiz file so that I can have a look?
I would be happy too if I could send it directly to you.
Sure Erik. You can send it here and just put my name within the description in this format ::leslie::
I was unable to send you the file using the website. Once I received the auto-response in email, I replied back with the attachment.
Thank you
Looks like I got it, thanks Erik! I will check that out
Hello Leslie, I'm working with Articulate Presenter and experienced the same problem that Erik did. When I try to add from Engage or Quizmaker it gives me the exact same error messages as he recieved. Were you two able to come up with a solution for this problem?
Hi Jerry and welcome to E-Learning Heroes!
Unfortunately in Erik's case, it seems that there were remnants of an Office '13 that were causing the issue.
For most users, this solution corrects the issue.
If this does not assist you, I encourage you to reach out to support as well for further assistance.
