Feedback next to answer when user clicks submit?

Hi there,

I'm hoping someone can help. 

I'd like to build some self test quizzes into my course. So for example I'd like to have say 5 questions on a slide and when the user clicks the submit button the correct answer would appear next to each question with a tick or x indicating which was correct/incorrect.

Does anyone have any suggestions or could you point me to instructions on how to do this.
