ghost question

I am having a problem with a lesson that is posted on using Articulate online.  I manually uploaded the lesson and for some reason it is getting stuck on one question and it will not move to the next question.  I went back to my desk top lesson, deleted the question, saved it and manually uploaded again and the question is still there.  I have tried this 3 times and it won't delete the question.  When I view the lesson on my desk top, the question I deleted is gone.  What am I doing wrong?  Lisa
