I'm trying to create a drag and drop question where they have three choices they must match to the correct definition. It looks fine in the form view but when I look at it in slide mode or preview, two of the definitions are so tiny you can't read them. I tried to changing the font size but it doesn't look like it does anything. Has anyone else had this issue? Here's a screenshot of what I see in preview.
Hi Rebecca. I see what you're saying. Shrinking the text to fit the drag and drop matching questions is expected behavior, and there isn't a way to modify the text size. But you aren't alone with needing that function, so if you wouldn't mind, tell our product development team about it in a feature request to give them an idea of the breadth of impact.
In the meantime, you might be able to simulate this question type in a freeform quiz slide. Another common alternative is to use a Matching Drop Down question type instead. This workaround allows you to resize the Choice text boxes in Slide View.
Thanks for reaching out with your situation, though, and letting us know.
Absolutely. You can build freeform quiz slides. And like the built-in questions, you'll have an opportunity to designate choices and answers in the Form View. The nice thing about freeform is that you can use whatever images, shapes and text you'd like to break out of the box as far as how an assessment looks.
Well, we are certainly glad to hear that Mary Beth. If it's anything that will assist users that run across this thread in the future, feel free to share :)

Thanks Crystal - I'll submit it.
I haven't used the freeform questions yet, are they able to be graded too?

Is there anyway to edit the text/color in text boxes provided when using the graded quiz questions matching drag and drop boxes from the graded quiz?
