Help! Desperate new user with Quiz repeat question

Hi!  New user, and this has probably been asked before, but I'm desperate.  Someone else created a training that includes a quiz. 

The problem is:

On the first try, a user misses one question, and are instructed that they have to retake the quiz.

They retake the quiz, get the missed question correct but miss another question.

At the end of the quiz, it says that have 100% and allows them to submit and get credit for the training.

I'm less that a novice at Articulate, and I've been put in charge of finishing the training, so I really could use the help.
