Hidden Audio

I have audio on my quizmaker exercises for multiple choice questions that I don't know how to get rid of.  It plays when the screen first appears.  It is not controlled by clicking the Sound button with the microphone icon when I open up the quiz question to display the text.  In fact, for a while there were two audio files playing simultaneously when I played back the screen, one of which was controlled by the Sound button and the hidden one that I can't get rid of.  Any ideas for how to get rid of the hidden audio?
