Articulate Studio ’09 does not currently support right-to-left languages, such as Hebrew and Arabic. Prior to Flash Player 10, support for right-to-left languages was not included in the Flash Player. Therefore, moving the radio buttons to the right-side of the answers is currently not an option.

Hi Ali,
Peter's correct and I hope you'll consider submitting a feature request for right-to-left languages.
We do have an example that might give you what you need. Check out this Screenr on the workaround and see if it helps.
