In Quizmaker, there really isn't a way to hyperlink to other quiz slides; however, if you want your users to be able to jump to a different slide, they can use the question navigation list in the upper-left of the player.
If hyperlinking to and from quiz slides is something you'd like to see in the future, I'd encourage you to submit a feature request:
