Somehow I must have messed up the pass results on my final exam, and now when a user either passes or fails the exam their scores show up as two "%" instead of a number and the percent sign like this: "100 %".
Users now see:
Your Score: % %
Passing Score: % %
instead of
Your Score 100%
Passing Score: 80%
How should I fix this?? I feel like there is a really simple way that I must be overlooking???
Hope this makes sense!!! I'd appreciate any thoughts!!
Hi Amber, If you are using Studio '09, you can easily copy and paste the information needed to show the score from the fail results slide view to the pass one. (It should work, assuming that it is only some caracters are missing preventing the score to display correctly.)
The result slide(s) for your Quizmaker '09 quiz may display a quiz score of a% or NaN% if all the following criteria are true:
* A point value of 0 (zero) is assigned to correct responses in your quiz. * A point value of 1 or greater is assigned to incorrect responses in your quiz. * All questions are answered incorrectly during quiz playback.
This is a known issue. To avoid this issue, you will need to do one of the following:
* Assign a point value of 1 or greater to correct responses in your quiz questions. * Modify the result slide(s) to remove the placeholder.
AH! Thank you both for your responses!! Annie Jean, I had actually messed up the fail results too - BUT I was able to copy the text field from another translation and bring it over successfully! Peter, my questions all had point values assigned to them, etc. I think the problem was I tried to put a space in between the placeholder and the percent sign. That messed the whole thing up. This time to get it to work, I left the placeholder and the percent sign right next to each other.
Thanks again to you both!!! I'm back in business....for the time being!
