Incomplete Status with iPad app users

Hello,

I have a series of quizes built which are published with "Pass/Fail", and instructions on the Results slide to select "Finish" and then ensure all browser windows are closed (per the suggestions outlined on  

http://www.articulate.com/support/articulate-online/user-receives-an-incomplete-status-or-no-attempt-is-recorded)

When publishing and selecting "Use Articulate Mobile Player on iPad" then all students using an iPad via the app will have results recorded as "Incomplete".  Conversly if I deselect "Use Articulate Mobile Player on iPad" then iPad users take the test in a browser and their results are recorded as "Pass" or "Fail".

Any suggestions?
