i have installed the articulate studio'09, .net framework 2.0, flash player 10 plug in. but when i double click to articulate icon, it is not opening just it is showing initialization and same page is disappeared just within 5-10 seconds.
Sounds like there are multiple factors working against you in your environment. When creating, editing, or publishing a Studio '09 project, be sure you're working from your local hard drive (typically your C: drive). Working from a network drive or a USB drive can cause erratic behavior, such as file corruption, an inability to save changes you've made to your project, and loss of resources.
If you need to use a network drive to collaborate with others, I'd recommend you use this workflow to avoid loss of resources, file corruption, and other erratic behavior.

Welcome, Santosh, and sorry for the trouble.
Can you tell us if you're working from a network drive, or maybe behind some kind of firewall or other security measure?
You'll want to install and work with Articulate software on your local drive only.
You may also want to try a quick repair of the software.
If you continue experiencing the same issue, please don't hesitate to contact our support team for more help.
Thanks!
I am working from a network drive, and behind some kind of firewall and kaspersky antivirus.
Thanks for the info, Santosh.

And specific to Kapersky, we've isolated an issue with Engage.
I hope that information helps, Santosh
